The Steakhouse at Spa Resort Casino features the finest filet, veal, seafood and wine in an elegant, upscale atmosphere. Voted “Best New Restaurant” in 2005 by Palm Springs Life Magazine and repeatedly honored with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for a wine program featuring over 200 varieties, The Steakhouse is an experience not to be missed.
The menu was created by Executive Chef Paul Woods, formerly the Executive Chef at the famous Jefferson Hotel in Washington D.C., where he designed menus and special State dinners for U.S. dignitaries and celebrities including Ambassador Shirley Temple Black, the Annenbergs, Johnny Carson and Wayne Newton, among many others.
The Steakhouse uses only the freshest and finest ingredients available and The Steakhouse filets are seasoned with a special proprietary rub.
In addition to fine filets, The Steakhouse also offers a wide variety of artfully prepared seafood. Guests can choose from an array of entrées such as an impressive and savory 1 ½ pound Lobster, a generous Shrimp Cocktail or locally farmed Striped Bass, which is a local favorite.
